This is my second adventure in the world of blogging – third if you count a poorly written travel blog from 2011 – and I’m anxious to get this right.

Baking is a passion.

It can reduce me to a temper tantrum if all goes wrong, and can turn me into a proud parent if all goes right; publishing photos on every social media outlet I can get my sticky paws onto.

For me, its a comfort to know that after a bad day if you mix sugar, butter, flour and eggs it will always make cake.

So, without further adieu – let’s see where this goes!
