Classic Easy Double Chocolate Cake
First bake your chocolate sponges
Then finely chop your chocolate and heat the cream
Pour the cream over the chocolate and leave for 2 mins
Then stir to a silky ganache
And leave until thickened
Once your cakes are cooled, get ready to assemble
Then whip on a high speed
Till you're left with a silky whipped chocolate ganache
Then spread over one of the sponges
Then top with the final sponge
On its own!
Or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
